The Casimiro Foundation Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is the policy-making body and exercises all the powers and authority granted to the Casimiro Foundation, Inc.
The Board consists of five members including, President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary that are appointed by the entire Board of Directors with the remaining Directors considered Directors-at-Large. Directors serve for two consecutive, two year terms.
An independent nominating committee screens and refers potential Board Members as needed. The Foundation has established committees with objectives directed towards the broadening of educational resources, promoting social enterprise and self-sufficiency.
