Youth Chamber of Commerce
The Youth Chamber of Commerce created and developed by the Casimiro Foundation, is supported by strategic partners, to provide practical and hands-on experiences for aspiring business leaders ranging in ages 14-18. The Youth Chamber of Commerce includes general membership, officers and local community business leaders that form the Advisory Board. The YCC is managed by the officers and supported by the Casimiro Foundation volunteers.
The YCC fosters leadership, philanthropy and entrepreneurship education
through micro business development strategies to benefit youth by
providing access to seed capital funds, workshops, business field
trips and roundtable discussions.
How does the YCC benefit the community?
- members learn how businesses can impact communities through philanthropy
- members become stronger leaders while learning from community mentors
- members become better prepared candidates for tomorrow's workforce
How does the YCC impact youth?
- youth appreciate the value entrepreneurship creates in their lives

- youth learn and appreciate the linkages between community, education
and commerce
The YCC members are responsible for:
- attending all YCC meetings
- playing an active role in a committee or special projects
- uphold the YCC's mission
